Hard Fi Competition
Terms & Conditions


1. The competition is promoted by Atlantic Records ("Atlantic"), Electric Lighting Station, 46 Kensington Court, London W8 5DA.

2. To qualify for entry into the competition as described on the official Hard Fi website, www.hard-fi.com, entrants must have read the terms and conditions hereof.

3. Entrants qualify for entry into the competition by joining the Hard Fi mailing list and by submitting their name, telephone number and email address onto the Hard Fi website.

4. By entering the information requested above on the website the entrant agrees to join the Hard Fi mailing list and to allow Atlantic to use your details to contact you for marketing, promotional or all market research purposes and from time to time inform you about products, services, events and/or offers that Atlantic think may be of interest to you e.g. Hard Fi gigs, releases, parties etc.

5. All entries must be received by Atlantic on or before 25th April 2005.

6. The winners of the Competition will be selected by Atlantic at random. The decision of Atlantic will be final and binding.

7. The winners will be notified by email and/or telephone on 25th April 2005 and the winner will be announced on the Website the same day.

8. The first prize winner will receive the following prizes:

(a) Free entry for the winner + 1 friend to see Hard Fi live at 100 Club in London on 28th April 2005.

(b) Travel expenses, hotel accommodation for the winner + 1 friend for the night of 28th April 2005.

(c) Breakfast with Hard Fi on 29th April at Noel’s.

9. The draw is open to UK residents only aged 16 or over, excluding employees of Atlantic, their agents, families or anyone connected with the Competition.

10. Prizes must be accepted as offered. Prizes are not transferable and are subject to availability. Atlantic reserves the right to substitute other prizes in place of those listed above of at least equal value.

11. No purchase is necessary to enter the competition.
